The following points show how we use and store your details. The Clay Studio complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation from 25 May 2018.

Telephone bookings - we require a telephone number from you when booking in case there are any problems and we need to contact you. We never store your details digitally.

Pottery receipts: After you have painted in the studio we issue you with a yellow handwritten receipt so that we can identify your items after they leave the kiln. Again we require a phone number to contact you if there are any problems or if there is any delay in completing the pottery. All copies of the written receipts are destroyed once the pottery has been collected.

E-mails: If you e-mail us directly at info@theclaystudio.co.uk we will only communicate with you via that conversation thread which is stored on a password protected computer. We will not add your e-mail address to any mailing lists without your prior permission.

Newsletters, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest: We only ever directly market our services/events/news etc through these sources. You will only receive a newsletter or update from us if you have knowingly subscribed to them via our Web site or by providing your e-mail on a pottery receipt and opted in to receive the newsletter. You may unsubscribe/unfollow at any time. All newsletters have an "unsubscribe" option at the foot of the newsletter.
